Job Duties & Responsibilities
Landor & Fitch Fundamentals
Be the source of information and inspiration for the strategy team
Assist in executing all aspects of research design, execution, and analysis
Structure, analyse, and synthesize primary and secondary research to generate actionable insights
Analyse competitor sets and draw insights and recommendations
Generate names and complete due diligence checks
Execute retail and environmental audits
Become a source of new brand, design, marketing ideas, and trends
People and Team
Developing an understanding of team interaction and team member roles
Listens to constructive feedback and responds positively
Fosters communication and cohesion between internal teams and functions
Participates in workshops and other sessions to grow expertise in BDP development Experience Maps, Opportunity Mapping, and other tools to identify business opportunities and solve clients’ business challenges
New Business Development
Provides support on New Business opportunities as required.
Learning to identify add-on, business development opportunities with existing clients.
Assist client leads in preparation of pitches and business development presentations.
Project / Financial Management
Manage time to budget
