What you’ll do?As a Bookseller in our Waterloo Station store, you’ll be responsible for helping our customers find their next ideal read! Everyone wants that perfect page-
turner for the journey they’re undertaking, and you will use your knowledge to give them recommendations based on their opinions.
You’ll be able to pick out both classic titles and exciting new releases to match their tastes, and build relationships with customers through your passion for books.
You’ll also share details on any of the great offers we might have, so that every person leaves happy. Tidy shelves and correctly displayed promotions will also be part of your role.
No matter what you’re doing, it needs to be done to the highest standard so that our customers leave wanting to come back.

Who we’re looking forAs a Bookseller you’ll need a real flair for up selling our products and will need to have the confidence to make excellent product recommendations, showcasing our titles in an enticing way.
Experience in a Bookseller environment would be advantageous for this role. Most importantly however, we’re looking for people who are truly passionate about reading, great listeners, confident in selling, and who have a healthy dose of ambition.
