We have a fantastic opening in our Business Change Team as a Lead Test Analyst & Business Analyst Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a hybrid role that supports strategic execution and maximises business value.
This can be a remote role and therefore the successful candidate can be located anywhere in the UK with the expectation of regular travel to Marsh Commercial offices across the UK.
You will be covering a wide variety of strategic initiatives and business processes, technology (IT and Automation) plus change management activities.
You will be responsible for test planning, execution and BAU sign off as well as defining, managing and maintaining test excellence across Marsh Commercial.
The holder of the role will also be responsible for the management and leadership of a team of business analysts, including responsibility for owning requirements gathering from concept through to successfully passing User Acceptance Test.
As the manager of this team you will provide coaching and mentoring to nurture a truly best practice approach.
