An exciting and challenging opportunity to join our blue chip, market leading client who operates on a global basis. You will manage the customer support and product support engineering teams, and become the Technical Authority on exhaust management systems and products.
We are looking for strong team leadership skills, and for someone who will push continuous improvement programmes, and maintain market leading quality of service levels.
You will provide technical support to manufacturing, feedback to R&D, manage the teams responsible for installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Responsibilities will also include project management, budgetary control, recruitment, team motivation and morale! Previous experience / knowledge of semiconductor manufacture, equipment / hardware and processes would be beneficial.
