Your Future :

  • To provide technical and administrative support to ensure the business meets food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • To include but not limited to :

  • Assessing product quality and adherence to specifications by in-house Microbiological, Chemical and Physical analysis.
  • Recording results onto SAP QM system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Analysing data and interpreting results.
  • Maintaining calibration and record keeping of relevant lab equipment.
  • Organising for external analysis of products according to the test plan.
  • Supporting additional tasks to deliver safe and legal products of the quality our customers expect.
  • Your Strengths :

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, good time management and the ability to work within a rapidly changing environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Detail conscious the ability to follow procedures with a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and flexible. The ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Interpretation and evaluation of results with a high level of accuracy.
  • Practical and self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships beyond your area of work.
