Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is responsible for providing Enterprise wide services, including an operating model, policies, procedures, governance and oversight programs for all regions and countries where State Street Corporation conducts business.

The TPRM program has been established to respond to, and adhere to, new and existing regulatory guidelines and initiatives enabling State Street to effectively assess and manage the risk introduced by engaging with third parties during the course of executing business activities.

This job opening is specifically related to TPRM, operating under minimal supervision with latitude for independent judgment.

Basic Purpose and Responsibilities

The selected qualified candidate will provide operational support and assess process and technology improvement opportunities to maximize productivity for the global TPRM team.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Actively support / coordinate the design, implementation and execution of any TPRM Programme adjustments or new solutions on the regional level
  • Provide support in the execution of any new global program components in-line with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in working groups among Business Units, Corporate Teams and First, Second and Third Line of Defense teams.
  • Engage with business leaders in the region to ensure third party risk management Programme strategy and business needs are understood by providing direction related to the TPRM global operating model and Programme framework
  • Design / redesign the third party reporting and prepare data analytics pertaining to the TPRM Program, to suit the regional needs.
  • Support regulatory and audit requests and meetings related to TPRM across EMEA
  • Provide support in the implementation and execution of the TPRM Framework and supporting technology
  • Provide operational support for the global Vendor Operations team
  • Document and assist with issues and risks as they arise
  • Interface with key stakeholders across the organization; ensures service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Influence recommendations to key stakeholders through strong negotiation, written and verbal communication
  • Qualifications
