Drive excellence in Master Data Management and Improve Master Data quality (accuracy & consistency) to enable (automated) uninterupted order flows and delivering on customers' expectations throughout the EMEA region in support of business objectives.
The role entails all Customer Master Data and Seller hierarchy activities in SAP and SFDC.
Key responsibilities :
Implement harmonized, efficient & effective MDM processes across the EMEA countries for Customer Master Data and Seller hierarchy.
Propose and develop Customer MDM & Seller hierarchy KPI’s & reporting and drive EMEA MDM Performance management
Develop, propose and implement an EMEA MDM improvement roadmap in close cooperation with MDM stewards and Master Data and Business Solution team supporting the automation journey within Customer Care
Project manage MDM improvement projects
Liaise with Master Data & Business Solutions Team, Sales, FP&A, Global Business Services to optimize MDM
Drive high performing teamwork for MDM within Customer Care EMEA by functionally and / or hierarchically managing MDM stewards within CC EMEA
Investigate, analyze, synthesize and communicate reasons for potential data issues and develop routes to solution
Own and maintain Customer Master Data related procedures & work instructions and secure proper training of stakeholders.
Secure proper training of EMEA MDM stewards
Coordinate MDM activities and UAT for (New) Business Integration
Support MDM stewards in time of peak loads
Support MDM Mass load (incl. list price load EMEA, changes on master data for CE, etc.)
Support projects from MDM perspective
Provide required support for audits (e.g. SOX)
Project Management :
Manage MDM Improvement projects and other projects assigned by senior management
Provide updates to senior management and all stakeholders through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings
Develop recommendations to senior management and all stakeholders
Required qualifications :
University Degree in engineering or business
2-3 years’ experience in similar (MDM) roles
Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of SAP / S4Hana and SFDC
Experience with automation
Understanding of business processes, of sales / marketing practices, OTC process
Lean & Continuous Improvement methodologies
Design & implement procedures and processes
Design and review of KPI dashboards
Ability to work with a virtual team
Customer focus and ability to gather voice of customer
