  • £ 18,373 per annum (pro-rata) + Benefits.

    This role is based in Kingston and you will be supporting female adults with mild learning disability, down syndrome, epilepsy, mental health , hearing & mild sight impairments. .

    Are you motivated and driven to overcome obstacles and the ability to learn from experiences ? If so We would love to hear from you! We provide support 24 hours 7 days a week plus sleep in shifts.

    Because of this, we are looking for flexib le individuals who are able to work any day of the week, any shifts including sleep ins.

    As this role requires providing personal care it will usually be necessary for applicants to have had or agree to have the Covid-19 vaccine

    You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with personal care, domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access appointments, education and social opportunities to maximise their quality of life.

  • You need to have an understanding of empathy for the people you are supporting, showing commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Experience with challenging behaviour would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Every service is unique to us, however we require you to be flexible and cover different working hours across 7 days a week including weekends & Bank Holidays.
