I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading charity who specialise in supported living and residential care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health as a Team Leader.
The Team Leader will be influential in the smooth day to day running of the home, providing valuable support to the Registered Manager, line manage a team of support workers and guide the home through all CQC inspections.
The Team Leader will work Monday to Friday office hours mirroring the Registered Manager. You will be required to cover shifts as and when the service requires for which you will be paid overtime.
