What you’ll do :

  • Act as the client key point of contact for all through the Technology Transfer and production process to ensure all needs are met
  • Serves as the internal link within the company and will have direct contact with all internal departments and direct one on one contact with external clients.
  • Initiates the involvement of appropriate departments, maintaining continuous communication with those departments, and ensures the work delivered to clients is of a consistently high standard.
  • Manage a number of active projects with regular monitoring from Senior Manager to ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time managing revenue and budget
  • Responsible for chairing all project meetings including the generation of agendas and minutes
  • Generating, updating and facilitating agreement to project plans
  • Resolve project issues and resource constraints within the team and with assistance from Senior
  • To effectively communicate internally and externally, adopting a professional approach within the project teams, with clients and to Senior Management.
  • Provide positive leadership to the project teams.
  • Seek and deliver improvement to client satisfaction and business practice.
  • Comply with GMP requirements and company rules, policies and procedures.
  • Understand emergency procedures and comply with safe systems of work.
  • What we need from you :

  • Relevant BSc. with proven experience within pharmaceutical development / commercial manufacture and project management, financial awareness and client contact.
  • Client facing experience preferred.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active approach to taking on challenging assignments.
  • Strong project ownership ethic with a can do attitude.
  • Ability to work within and deliver critical timelines.
  • Ability to communicate with cross functional teams to enable delivery of project timelines
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, and the self-confidence to use these skills to convince others to buy-into proposals and plans.
