As Sous you will help run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensure standards are maintained and exceeded and help drive the business forward.
The right candidate will be capable to use initiative and be pro active as well as being passionate about food within a hardworking team.
You will need to be confident with all aspects of the kitchen.
Fresh produce and sea food are key to the very attractive fine dinning menu.
Ideally, applicants should have experience of working in an award-winning team.
