Position Support Worker Young People
Salary £18,700 to £21,840 according to experience plus sleep-ins (paid at £8.72 per hour), working towards a model of 2 sleep-ins one week and potentially 3 in the following week
Hours 40 hours per week working 24 hours shifts 3 week rota pattern start at 9am 10am next day, gap of a day between working overtime available

They currently comprise of 6 homes and an outreach service. Their homes offer a 24-hour service with well-matched residents walking distance from the local community.
You will receive continued support and development with further relevant qualifications.
Experience and qualifications Drive to help improve the lives of young people, Experience working with young people in an EBD setting ideally for two years or less with a level 3 qualification ideally, desire to develop and learn new skills, strong communication skills, a Driver Ideal but not essential
