About This Role

We are seeking MRI / CT Radiographers to join our mobile team at sites across the South of the UK

Candidates must have either previous MRI / CT experience (or both) and should be comfortable with scanning a wide range of basic examinations.

Additional training will be provided to enable you to develop your existing clinical skills or to cross train in to either MRI or CT as appropriate.

IV cannulation is desirable but not essential.

Please note that you must be willing to travel due to the nature of the role. You will be provided with a company vehicle and your mileage will be reimbursed.

The hours of work are 36 per week, Monday-Sunday. You will only be required to work 3, 12 hour days per week.

  • Work in accordance with the standards set out by the Health & Care Professions Council
  • Maintain all mandatory training commensurate with the role, and take responsibility for own professional development
  • Be familiar with the principles of the NHS Constitution, and aim to provide the highest level of service to all stakeholders in compliance with the CQC framework
  • Be familiar with and practice the requirements set out around Duty of Candour
  • Be aware of and able to implement the principles of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Children
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information about patients, staff and other health service business and meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act (1998) at all times
  • Adhere to the AML policy for Moving and Handling, ensuring patient comfort at all times
  • As a registered healthcare professional you are responsible for ensuring that : your practice, so far as is reasonably practicable, protects patients, staff and other persons against risks of acquiring Health Care Acquired Infections (HCAIs) where patients present with an infection or acquire an infection during treatment, that they are identified promptly and managed according to good clinical practice to treat the infection and reduce the risk of transmission
