We need a marketer who fully understands digital comms in all its forms - strategy, planning, analysis, implementation - on all platforms, especially LinkedIn.
You need to be able to work closely with clients on all these elements, providing a regular point of contact for them, coaching them in their activities and helping to manage several clients simultaneously.
So you need to be personable and a good communicator, well organised and proactive, skilled and knowledgeable, mainly in digital but also in marketing generally so you can see the bigger picture.
All this while fulfilling the objectives of the agency.
Full Job Description
A Part Time Digital Account Manager (c20 hours per week) to manage our clients' social media marketing campaigns.
This is not a job requiring posting, rather it involves hand-holding clients through the process so they learn and know what they are doing, setting targets and managing them against agreed KPIs.
As an Account Manager your role is to ensure that the clients' campaigns are properly planned and executed, run on budget and achieve targets.
The clients must feel that they are your highest priority.
They must be happy with your knowledge, performance and service.
We must be happy that targets are achieved, the client is brilliantly looked after and that that every opportunity to upsell is realised.
You must be happy that they're achieving targets, that you have good relationships and that they will regard you as their first contact in the agency.
