Through our food and website we make it delicious and easy for anyone to make the switch towards plants one dish or day at a time, with delicious, chef-made, plant-based food straight from our kitchen to yours.

Already the leading plant-based living platform in Europe, we’ve served millions of meal-times to homes UK-wide, subscribing for feel-good, healthier living.

Our plans for 2021 and beyond are as exciting as they are delicious - growing our kitchen and product range to serve our growing community, scaling our teams, expanding our current office space in Blackhorse Road (The Greenhouse), as well as open a second office space in Angel, N1.

allplants is one of only a handful of venture capital-backed B-Corps in the world, dedicated to leveraging high growth principles in order to help solve the climate crisis at scale, using business as a force for good.

The Role : At allplants we are as passionate about our customers as we are making convenient, tasty and inspiring, plant-based meals.

We are searching for an outgoing, conversational, quick-learner to join our table; an all-around top communicator who is engaged in delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring customers keep on stocking their freezers with our delicious meals.

You will be joining a team who are proud representatives of our plant-based mission, helpful towards customer queries and inquisitive about winning them back to a plant-based way of life or welcoming them to our table.

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial drive, captivating communication over the phone and is excited by the idea of working in an early-stage business.

You will be the new enthusiastic voice sharing our mission in the Comms Retention Team. You will be tasked with helping the allplants team learn where we can improve and hopefully give customers a second chance to be a part of our cycle.

Working with us, you will : Embody the mission to inspire the world to eat more plants daily in a series of win-back callsReport directly to our Customer Marketing Executive on customer engagementHold a degree of freedom over your working hoursBe an independent planner capable of carrying the interest of both allplants and our customers forward at every turnHave the chance for flexible working from home or at the Greenhouse (allplants HQ)Prioritise full commitment until at least the End of February ( 6 - 10 shifts a week 2 hours each) with the potential for a longer-term role

  • Have a strong brand affinity and can represent allplants to a high standard
  • Are comfortable on the phone and can keep people on the other side engaged
  • Have a strong commercial drive & goal focused
  • A personal laptop and wifi is required
