About the role
Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at Guy Salmon Land Rover Wakefield
As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers / suppliers.
You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing.
You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
Sytner Parts Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
You will have a proven track record as a Parts Advisor, within the motor industry, Land Rover would be advantageous along with a knowledge of Kerridge computer system.
Ordering vehicle parts and finding the correct vehicle parts is of the utmost importance. We are looking for an outstanding individual with organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
This role will require you to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team as well as individually.
You will have excellent customer service experience with the skills and passion to deliver them. You will also have high energy and a positive attitude, outstanding listening and communication skills, be well organised and handle working in a busy but fun environment.
This role will require you to be highly professional and presentable and have the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our customers.
You will also be tasked with working in a team environment that needs to deliver a fast and very accurate service to the large group of technicians in this exceptionally busy and successful Land Rover Business.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate.
High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role. Fantastic communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential as you will be talking to customers both face to face and over the phone.
