Ensuring the delivery of a consistent customer focused sales journey across the region delivering key outputs in relation to customer NPS scores.
What you'll need to succeed
Were on a journey to deliver more and better for our customers and this role will be key in driving that change. With responsibility for over a £100m of sales transactions per year you’ll need to be a sales leader who can shape a customer journey, deliver strong financial targets as well as drive exceptional customer service standards.
With responsibility for four business streams ranging from our Aftersales Sales Agency services through to FCA regulated loan repayments team this is a highly important role for our business.
You’ll need to possess a blend of first-class sales leadership and management expertise complemented with knowledge of working in a financially regulated environment.
