Overview of the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant on a 12 month FTC to lead on our new product release Investment IQ. This will bring content from all our financial brands under one central content hub and be a place for our clients to host and share their latest articles, whitepapers, infographics and other content.

Investment IQ will be the first product of its kind at Incisive Media.

The Customer Success Team play a crucial role in the setup, delivery, marketing, project management and reporting of campaigns, working hand in hand with our sales team and all other departments across a growing client base in the Financial Services and Sustainability sectors.

The position provides hands on experience and will give the successful candidate a sound knowledge of the sectors, marketing , customer success and data skills.

What you will be doing :

  • Uploading, publishing and tagging content on the Investment IQ hub.
  • Writing clear and persuasive descriptions of client content for advertising
  • Creating and building marketing emails to promote the client content on the IQ
  • Providing ongoing reporting on campaign performance clients hosting content for Campaign Execs and Managers.
  • Downloading, formatting, checking and delivering leads direct to clients on weekly and monthly basis
  • Assisting senior members of the Customer success team in their day to day roles.
  • Assisting the Content Manager & publisher with user research and other content related work
  • Weekly reports for our sales teams on Investment IQ hub performance and provide regular reporting on
  • Taking ownership of the brand and working closely with other departments and clients to ensure we get the best results for our clients.

  • Experience of online lead generation is welcome but far from necessary : this is an entry level position where intelligence, enthusiasm and aptitude are as important as experience and knowledge.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint would be very valuable.
  • No qualifications are necessary but working in an office environment would be preferable
