We have an exciting opportunity shown below for a Social Care Support Officer to come and join Adult Social Care in our LD+A Team.

We are looking for people who are able to display the following skills and experience :
g. Health, Police, Housing and Court as required, whilst having confidence to challenge what is not working and work creatively to suggest alternative proposals.
We have a lot to offer people who join our Adult Social Care Teams including a comprehensive two-week induction programme in our bespoke Adult Social Care Academy which also includes four additional recall training days throughout your first year with us.
We follow this up with a supportive framework, regular supervision with managers and opportunities to build on your existing skills and knowledge.
