Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the operational division of business. Following given routes, you will be responsible for the safe collection and delivery of note and coin, to and from customers premises within the customers required time window.

Due to the nature of this role, lifting and carrying of cash and coin will be involved.

Our solutions include Cash Management, Cash and Valuables in transit, Coin and Note Supply, ATM Services and Foreign Exchange POS.

We are currently seeking Cash in Transit Couriers to join our Slough team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the operational division of business.

Following given routes, you will be responsible for the safe collection and delivery of note and coin, to and from customers premises within the customers required time window.

Due to the nature of this role, lifting and carrying of cash and coin will be involved.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned route, collecting and delivering cash as efficiently as possible
  • Ensure service accuracy and completion of all relevant documentation
  • Complete collection and delivery services, complying with our company policies and procedures
  • Operate machinery within the Secure Area
  • Personal Criteria

  • High level of reliability
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy containers safely, using manual handling techniques
  • Approachable, with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Work accurately within strict guidelines
  • Ability to keep calm in challenging situations
  • It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have a working knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements in the CVIT sector within the UK.

    SIA License CVIT desirable but not required.

    Security Checks

    Successful candidates will be required to undertake a number of security checks prior to employment commencing which include :

  • Up to a 10 year employment history (less for recent school leavers)
  • Adverse financial credit check
  • Full up to date Driving license / Driving License Check (where applicable to your role)
  • SIA License CVIT
  • SIA Licensing applies within the UK and you must complete the application process. The company will pay cost and should you leave, the company will deduct on a proportional basis.

    Rate of Pay

    The current rate of pay is £11.34 per hour for all hours worked. In addition a £2,000 Slough weighting allowance will be paid to the successful candidate at £166.

    66 pro rata. You will be contracted to work 40-48 hours per week. You will be paid monthly by credit transfer to your nominated bank account.

    Working Pattern

    Monday - Sunday rota.

    Pension Scheme

    After 3 months with the company you will be automatically enrolled in the company pension (NEST), if eligible.
