Responsibilities / Key Tasks :
Preparation and analysis of Brand Ambassadors’ weekly / monthly KPIs.
Monthly analysis performance to include : Productivity per team / individual, commission schemes, FTE reporting, benchmarking stores across groups etc
Track product launches in staffed doors
Monthly management of commission process
Capex / semi-personalisation ROI
Establishing and reviewing retail targets on a weekly to monthly basis
Optimising business and workforce / productivity planning (BA / BC doors)
Management of total retail distribution
Preparation of Retail presentations for meetings eg. Brand Alignment, Business Reviews
Co-ordinating tablet training and set up for Brand Ambassadors
Requirements for the role :
Must have previous experience using GSuite.
Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge - Excel, PPT
Strong analytical skills.
Retail and Wholesale experience an advantage
Bachelor degree desirable.
