The Pen warehouse are a trade-only supplier of Printer Promotional Merchandise and due to rapid growth and expansion we are looking for Administrators to join various teams within our offices in Aldershot.

You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and liaison with new customers (no cold calling) you will be the point of contact for quotes and order placing and will process orders through from point of placement to the point of delivery.
Always ensuring our high standards of customer service are met. Previous experience in similar role is required.
As above but not designated to a particular team, you will be flexible and able to adapt quickly to work across different teams to cover holiday, sickness and periods of high work volume.
This role will require someone who has previous office based administration experience and ideally within a busy environment.
This is a more junior role and would suit someone looking to move from their first office based role into something with more responsibility.
We are looking for an assistant within one of our prestigious key account teams, assisting the deputy Customer Service Manager.
Candidates applying to this role will need to by physically fit as there is some lifting of boxes involved.
