Chef de Partie required for a modern restaurant with rooms in South Yorkshire
We are looking for a committed, passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team.
The establishment has 10 bedrooms, 80 cover restaurant and small bar area, you will be working split shifts in a team of 3 using a mixture of fresh and frozen produce.
Duties of the job
Be trained to lead and organise sections throughout the kitchen.
Work directly with senior members to achieve targets.
Offer menu input.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen, maintaining high standards at all times.
Maintain prep levels on your section helping to avoid shortages.
What we need from you
Experience as a Chef De Partie in a similar environment is preferred.
Be passionate and enthusiastic to progress.
Be smart, clean and tidy.
To have your own whites and knives.
