Reporting to the Head of Performance. The role of the Contract Compliance Manager is to ensure contract KPI Compliance of services that Mitie deliver for the contract.
Responsible for : Management of the PMS process with the integrator and feedback into all teams, areas of success and improvements.
This is a 8 Month FTC Maternity Cover position.
Working closely with the Sub Contractor Manager, contractors and Head of Operations for each region to provide robust monitoring of delivery of services to the estate.
Produce operational summary reports in a timely manner as required by the Head of Performance, usually on a monthly basis as part of the monthly reporting pack.
Completion of planned and add hoc, system or work stream audits.
Review of delivery against schedule
Management of mitigation of failed delivery and presentation of data for mitigation meetings.
Consolidate all PMS returns into the mitigation process
Arrange and lead any internal mitigation meetings and represent MITIE on integrator calls.
Management of performance and improvement plans in line with KPI targets related to specified services.
Take the lead with the dissemination of good working practises or changes to process where applicable.
Monitor and report the progress of any improvement plans you have issued to either our subcontractors or Operatives / employees.
Analyse data from CAFM system to determine audit programmes, trends and to predict possible future performance / delivery issues.
Maintaining your technical knowledge by keeping up-to-date with changes.
Knowledge Skills & Experience
FM background / experience
Previous experience in auditing
Knowledge of Facilities management
Excellent excel knowledge
Good understanding of SLA’s and performance management
Organised and efficient
Computer literate CAFM Systems - Maximo
