Provides delivery and change support across the GBA team

What you'll be doing

  • Take a lead on specific GBA wide initiatives and develop, maintain and track overall initiative / project delivery.
  • Monitor delivery workflow process and timescales and is responsible for managing risks and issues as they arise

  • Support the GBA LT in running key meetings, ensuring that the agenda items are robust and tracked effectively
  • Support in set-up and management of any industry or events
  • Work with 3rd party GBA partners to manage demand in line with the team’s requirements for subcon resource. Discuss and agree quotes with vendors and manage the purchase order process.
  • Govern and track the purchase orders against budget and work with Finance and Work Force Management team to update TLR reporting, paymodel and forecasts / accruals on spend
  • Lead on GBA wide Reporting Packs for Group, including operational review packs with the GBS MD

  • Solid financial and analytical competency and experience in programme and project planning and management
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to define requirements both effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Experience in working with and managing senior stakeholders
  • Pragmatic team player, adept at holding others to account, whilst consistently delivering on their own commitments
  • Demonstrable communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Capability to deliver to tight time scales.
  • Able to quickly identify innovative, pragmatic and cost effective solutions to business management issues.
  • Ability to maintain a professional approach at all times and a high degree of discretion & confidentiality
  • Excellent in creating and presenting Exec-Level powerpoint presentations
  • Experience you would be expected to have

  • Experience of operating in a fast paced volume driven or technically specific business area, with the capability to positively influence others by using data, commentary and analysis to inform decision making.
