Title : Corporate Recovery Director

Location : Manchester

Salary : £78K - £90K + 6% cash allowance

Due to a surge of new insolvency and advisory work, this BIG4 firm is looking to strengthen its Regional Business Recovery team with a highly talented, credible and entreprenrial Director to undertake Business Restructuring and take the business to further successes.

The successful individual will undertake a diverse range of projects at one of the spectrum Administrations, Liquidations and CVA's assignments through to Advisory at the other end (IBRs, financial modelling).

There will also be opportunities to lead distressed M&A sale work. It goes without saying that you will be expected to proactively seek out new work and deliver presentations / pitches when required.

The firm do offer Directors the opportunity to take appointments in full.

Applicants should have a strong track record in corporate insolvency procedures (from start to finish), with a particular emphasis on Administrations, including pre-pack transactions.

Experience of contingency planning and options reviews as well as the production of financial models is also required. Experience of Advisory assignments, such as Independent Business Reviews, will also be advantageous but is not essential.

You will posses a strong client network in the region and be highly career focused with a determination to help grow the business in the region.
