As part of our growth and re-shaping strategy, our Northern Technology Projects team is offering a number of new and exciting opportunities.

We are currently building on our very successful techlaw pedigree and well established client base.

The successful applicant would work primarily on commercial / IT and telecoms projects. The workload includes commercial agreements, software development and licensing, some intellectual property matters, telecoms contracts, compliance and general regulatory work, broader managed services and IT and business process outsourcing agreements, as well as public / private partnership IT projects.

The Ideal Candidate

Due to our growth and the reshaping strategy, we are open minded about the qualification level of the candidates : we are most interested in what you think you can bring to the role and to the team, and whether we are the right fit for you.

strong project management skills and the ability to lead a small project team. A basic level of competence in data privacy is also important.

Public and financial services sector experience would be an added bonus.

We are looking for new colleagues who have an interest in technology and how it can help clients to achieve their goals, as well as the risks along the way and how best to manage these contractually and commercially.
