Department : Client Relations Executive
Hours : Part-Time / 21hrs hours per week
Grade - C
Salary : £26,650 (Pro rata for part-time hours - £15,990)
CAF’s Client Relations, Charities Team are seeking an experienced & highly motivated self-starter to support our Business Development Managers.
This role will proactively pursue the acquisition of new charity business and to increase the take up of the range of financial solutions that CAF Bank, CAF and CAF Financial Solutions Ltd are able to offer to existing and potential new charity clients.
Excellent communication skills and a high level of personal motivation with a desire to contribute to both personal and team objectives are needed.
You will have experience of working within a financial services environment and will be able to successfully demonstrate behaviours and a mindset conducive to developing business.
This role will also ensure that all Client contacts are handled appropriately ensuring that service levels are maintained and to this end, will be expected to work proactively with other colleagues in the business and where appropriate suggest improvements to service delivery.
You will be primarily office based with the opportunity to visit clients and attend sector events when appropriate. Knowledge of the charitable sector is preferred.
