Your Tasks : We are seeking an ambitious, driven and experienced individual to work within the customer service extensions & modernisation team, in conjunction with the account management team, to deliver sales proposals in customer support upgrade projects to new and existing clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the production & selling of detailed sales proposals in line with best solution for the customer, through the preparation of survey reports & recommendations for retro-

fit projects, system enhancements, small projects, obsolescence, lifecycle and RF solutions. The successful candidate will be required to analyse customer needs and identify solutions and making use of internal resources where appropriate.

Your Tasks :

Your Profile : We are looking for someone with a result-oriented mind set with experience of working with automated projects and the record of winning and retaining business with customers.

It is essential that the successful candidate has strong communication skills, both written and verbal and has developed listening skills.

Also, client facing experience and the ability to understand customer requirements is a key success factor in this role.

The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, self-motivated with a can-do approach and open minded in assessing and solving technical and business related issues.
