Frontier is the UK’s leading crop production business, working closely with growers to ensure long term farm profitability.
We are looking for a marketing assistant to help implement the agreed marketing and communication plans for Frontier and its divisions, providing support for both internal and customer facing activity.
Based at our site in Witham St Hughs between Newark and Lincoln, a key requirement for this role is the ability to write and edit content to a high standard.
Principal responsibilities :
Assist with the creation and execution of external marketing campaigns. This includes creating email marketing, direct mail, invitations, promotional materials, website and social media content, in-house video production and company literature.
Production of printed and promotional material including budgeting and artwork management.
Liaise with third party suppliers in the implementation of campaigns; including agencies, printers and fulfilment houses.
Day to day maintenance of company digital channels using CMS and social media.
Organisation of events, including exhibitions and conferences, to include attendance where necessary.
Managing budgets as required.
Other projects as required by the business.
Skills and experience
First class command of English and the ability to write and edit concise, effective copy and coordinate the production of branded materials to a high standard.
At least two years’ experience in a similar marketing role; writing / editing content and producing marketing materials.
A degree or other professional qualification in marketing and / or communications or business studies.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, CMS platforms, social media, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or other video / design editing software would be advantageous.
