We are looking for a Senior Development Manager who will be responsible and accountable for leading the Development Management of specific residential led mixed-use developments undertaken by Solum and Kier Property, working closely with and reporting to the relevant Development Director.
In this role you will formulate and manage the design and development of residential and / or mixed-use projects and be fully responsible for all aspects of this work.
What are we looking for?
You will need a minimum of 5 years post RICS qualification experience (or 8 years if not RICS qualified) working predominantly in the field of residential development and must have a range of real estate industry experience including extensive residential led / mixed-use experience, who is innovative and robust with excellent planning, negotiation and issue resolution skills.
In addition you will need proven competency in undertaking financial appraisals both in Excel and Argus Developer software and have good people and communication skills including the ability to upwardly manage partners and stakeholders, motivate and manage internal and external project teams and delegate.
