The Enterprise Real Estate team is responsible for ensuring that real estate needs are met for our growing Enterprise memberbase.
Working closely with regional real estate teams and the global enterprise sales team, the Enterprise Real Estate team will be the lynchpin to understanding demand and sourcing prime locations to suit Enterprise needs.
At a regional level, the Regional Lead will inform regional expansion planning and maintain a pipeline of enterprise deals, ensuring timely and quality site selection and deal execution.
Accountable for :
Empowering Enterprise expansion within designated region and territory by maintaining deal flow and ensuring end-to-end deal management
Working closely with Enterprise Sales to understand demand and support lead generation
Achieving timely deal conversion, advantageous deal terms and successful lease negotiations for Enterprise deals
Determining market growth strategy and ensuring healthy pipeline of commercial real estate well-suited for Enterprise members
Contributing to regional growth strategy, expansion planning and new market entry
Extensive relevant work experience
Extensive background in and strong understanding of commercial real estate
Breadth of knowledge and experience in end-to-end deal negotiation and real estate portfolio management
Knowledge of designated region and territory
Strong understanding of deal economics; superior negotiation skills
Teamwork, cooperation, ability to take direction and develop others
