Our newly opened Jaguar Land Rover Bolton dealership is looking to recruit a Vehicle Administrator to join our team. This is a successful busy dealership and we are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience through honesty and trust.
This role will involve making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time. You will be creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.
You will continue to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
We are looking for an experienced administrator, experience within the Motor Trade in a similar role is preferred. Kerridge experience would be preferred but is not essential.
In addition, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines is an essential for this role. Excellent IT / PC / Numerical skills are also required.
