The Role

Due to expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a full time, permanent and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join Epiphany, our talented and multi-

award-winning digital marketing agency. The successful person will work in this dedicated role within a wider finance function and be the go-

to person within a dynamic, exciting business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for supplier relationships, processing invoices, payments and ensuring account reconciliations at month and year end
  • Resolve any queries on behalf of suppliers
  • Managing client budgets and external spend
  • Processing expenses for employee’s
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Projects assigned by the Finance Director and Finance Manager
  • Skills needed :

  • Experience within a Purchase Ledger background
  • Experience of Sage Line 50 is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to sustain effective relationships on behalf of Epiphany with suppliers, clients and other stakeholders
  • Highly competent in using office systems and software packages like Excel, Word and BACS banking systems
  • The ability to work quickly, accurately and to own initiative
  • Highly motivated with a bright and positive attitude with self-discipline
