Role summary :
The Space Audit Manager is expected to work closely with the other member of the Quality Assurance team (Email Help desk manager) in undertaking independent Quality Assurance activity aimed at improving overall space data quality.
This individual will play a key role in establishing space audit schedules for local Facilities Managers to undertake the Space Audits and report on any anomalies, root cause and corrective actions.
What this job involves :
Responsible for ensuring that the Global Space Audit framework as defined by the client is adhered to across the geographies in a consistent manner.
Report deviations (if any) promptly.
Establish, schedule and coordinate the space audit checks calendar across countries on FMS space data and report findings to the client.
Track actions on findings to closure.
The individual may also be expected to undertake audit checks (as required) for a few high profile / high visibility properties for the client.
Source inputs from MAC (Moves and Changes) / OP (Occupancy Planning), Business Partnering team(s) and other local CRE teams on key discrepancies being observed on space data and establish root cause.
Provide regular training sessions for existing and new Facilities Managers on FMS Space audits.
Publish dashboards covering space audit performance as per agreed frequency.
Maintain transparency and timeliness in escalating findings to the wider CRE / business teams thereby leading to improvement in service quality.
Establish patterns on common space audit findings across Global Regions / Countries and share inputs with wider SDM team for onward action.
Reports issues and concerns related to the overall Global Space Audit function to the key stakeholders
Client / Stakeholder Management
Department Managers and / or Administrative Assistants (Space Liaisons).
Move Coordinator (Move Project Manager) to co-ordinate link with audit results and move projects.
Occupancy Planners to review short / long term strategy of building(s).
Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the Client, as reflected by Client feedback.
Facilitates and / or resolves issues related to the Space Audit process.
Finance Management / Cost Control / Profitability
Report space audit data metrics for all key locations.
Regularly reports back to the key stakeholders listed in the Leadership section above.

Minimum Associate’s Degree, preferred Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, design or a related field.
Ability to solve problems individually and in a team setting.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
