Full time- 35 hours a week
The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation.
We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law.
We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training.
We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.
This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in offering high quality supporter care to a growing Fundraising department.
As part of the Supporter Engagement team this role must partner with fundraising colleagues to deliver an excellent level of supporter care at all times.
There is responsibility for clear, accurate coding and reconciling of donations, as well as swift, personal responses to supporter enquiries.
This is a key operational role within the Supporter Services team, and is the first point of call for general supporters, donors and potential donors, ensuring that an excellent level of supporter care is delivered at all times and that work is performed in line with the department's targets.
The role will also undertake administrative procedures regarding financial information and the Raiser's Edge database.
The Prince's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
The successful applicant will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS check
A NOTE FOR RECRUITMENT AGENCIES
We prefer to hire people directly, but we do have a preferred supplier list for when we'd like a helping hand. We'll be in touch if we need you.
We reserve the right to change the closing date depending on the number of responses received.
