The Job :
My client requires a Hotel Deputy Manager, who will report directly to the General Manager. Candidates must possess good all-
round hotel operational background and have a strong F&B experience, good hotel reception knowledge along with great customer service skills.
The successful candidate will assist in managing the day-to-day hotel operations by maximising financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community.
They will also act as the General Manager in their absence

My client's hotel is an appealing coaching inn situated in the Northamptonshire rolling countryside
The Essential Skills :
Must have previous Hotel Deputy Manager experience within a busy hotel environment and a proven track record of raising & driving standards
Must have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader with a very 'hands-on' management style
Must possess strong F&B skills but also a broad knowledge of all other areas within the business, including the reception operation
A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation
Good skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the business
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management
Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & possess the drive to constantly deliver top-class customer service
