As a Payroll Administrator, you will support the Payroll Manager in timely and accurate completion of all aspects of the Payroll and Benefits function, including all associated administration and documentation to a high standard

What you'll be doing...

  • Check and process monthly payroll for the group
  • Enter starters and leavers accurately onto ADP Freedom
  • Process payroll changes e.g. salaries, absences, employee details amendments
  • To facilitate the salary sacrifice schemes : Child Care Vouchers and Cycle to work
  • Process statutory pay and salary sacrifice schemes : SMP, SSP, CCV and CTW
  • Process HMRC amendments
  • Prepare and input all Overtime Spreadsheets; fee notes; OPR Report
  • Reconcile payroll reports for BACS payments
  • Deal with any employee queries that arise relating to payroll
  • Liaise with external representatives as required to resolve any issues
  • Creating payroll policies and procedures
  • Analysing and reporting on financial data
  • Checking and auditing payroll to make sure regulations are met
  • Arrange monthly attachment of earnings order payments to third parties
  • To provide cover on the Parasol and PAYE weekly payrolls
  • Manage employee access on ADP self-service

  • Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in a Payroll position
