In this role you will add value to PXP by :
Aiding configuration on all PXP customer processing systems and to support the progress and completion of projects which are undertaken and handled by the wider implementation team.
This role is ideal for someone wishing to grow in a technical yet administrative and fast paced working environment, within the financial services sector.
A typical week as an Implementation Specialist might involve :
Co-ordinating new installations, configurations or enhancements and any other project-related tasks, requested by the Implementations Team Lead.
Establishing customer communication contacts and carry out regular and professional updates.
Managing customer implementations with a projects methodology, and apply effective project management techniques, to ensure a thorough conclusion to the implementation.
Efficiently gathering required information from all project stakeholders (merchant / business partners / acquirers etc.
to ensure that all configuration is completed to the highest standard, in the given timescales.
Understanding client and business partners’ needs and, if necessary, alert Sales to any additional requirements for up-sale opportunity.
Performing validation of colleagues’ work, conforming to departmental responsibilities of validating work before releasing to the customer.
Co-ordinating any required testing processes with the acquirer and the merchant. This includes both technical and non-technical (allocated time slots / resource etc) elements.
Ensuring that relevant information is centrally stored and regularly updated (according to departmental process), so it is easily accessible across the business.
Being responsive to emails sent to the departmental e-mail address, where applicable.
Undertaking installations / configurations which apply to both production and integration / test environments.
Complying with PCI regulations at all times, according to PCI guidelines enforced by the PXP CISO.
Ensuring completed orders / projects are competently and comprehensively handed-over to the Service Desk for production support, ensuring the Service Desk are well-equipped to support the customer, going forward.
Ensuring allocated orders are forecasted correctly, to allow the business a clear and accurate view of expected incomings, related to completed orders.
Periodically visit customers / merchants / business partners for project meetings, installations and other on-premise requirements.
Efficiently and effectively co-ordinate and manage any third-party team, to ensure all deliverables are achieved, meeting the expected standards.

Is proficient with Microsoft Windows and has Microsoft Office knowledge.
Has professional and confident verbal and written communication.
Is able to work efficiently and confidently with other departments within the business, in order to obtain and gather relevant information.
Can demonstrate professional interpersonal skills.
Has excellent Customer Service Skills.
Can help and motivate team-members, to contribute towards the delivery of outstanding customer service.

Experience in an office environment.
Previous experience in Fintech, Financial Services or Technology businesses.
