Partnering with others in the Distribution Team you will identify and secure new deal opportunities to help deliver the plan - including Scheme, Portfolio Transfer and Delegated Underwriting Authorities (DUAs) and Managing General Agents (MGAs).
With offices in London, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham ad Redhill (Surrey), we're flexible on location for the right person.

Minimum Qualifications : + You need to have previous experience of managing brokers to do this role.While not essential, we would like you to be educated to degree level and also have the following experience and knowledge : Experience in the commercial insurance industry in a business development role.
Experience of portfolio management and underwriting disciplines. Project Management experience. In-depth knowledge of UK market, financial services, competitors.
A great track record in Deal Management and Delivery. Experience in building and maintaining deal processes.In addition we'd like you to have the following skills : Good communication and stakeholder management.
Excellent relationship management skills.
