Summary :

As a member of the NetSuite Marketing and Sales Planning and Analysis team, you will be responsible for defining, measuring and communicating the direction of successful Marketing, Business Development, and Sales organizations.

The be successful you need strong problem solving, excellent communication skills and demonstrate exceptional organization, multitasking and influencing abilities.

Also, we are seeking an experienced analyst with a good knowledge base of the marketing and sales funnel that can quickly make a direct positive impact on our business.

Responsibilities :

  • Influence NetSuite’s EMEA Marketing, Business Development, and Sales organizations towards full adoption of the global standards and communicated business strategies.
  • Hold these teams accountable through the use of metrics and performance.

  • Provide reports and analysis to marketing, business development, and sales management (lead reporting, pipeline reporting, marketing influence, etc.).
  • Continuously collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
  • Proactively identify trends and suggest process / resource allocation adjustments to capitalize on these trends or to resolve operational issues.
  • Standardize and streamline reporting wherever possible to drive actionable insight through NetSuite / Domo Dashboards and marketing & sales tools.
  • Contribute to the analysis and measurement of strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Implement, execute and communicate processes of measuring marketing performance and tracking against targets.
  • Provide onsite execution support for marketing programs. Create and manage metrics analysis and reporting.
  • Work with NetSuite and third-party platforms to program and execute data requirements.
  • Qualifications :

  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting and influencing sales and / or marketing, either in Sales Ops, FP&A, or data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in an analytical or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with driving change within organizations
  • Comfort with large amounts of data; being able to source and interpret data sets.
  • High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle from lead to customer and knowledge of the related marketing funnel metrics are required.
  • Proactive in problem-solving with a high level of critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels.
  • Experience using NetSuite, BI software, Domo, Tableau, and / or knowledge of SQL a definite plus.
  • Experience with business process design and development preferred.
  • Travel : Approximately 5-10% travel anticipated.
  • Proven track record on execution of business strategies.
  • Ability to influence internal groups and senior management to create lasting change.
  • Excel in leading without authority
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple groups within the organization, find areas of common ground, and establish a universal set of performance metrics to hold the groups accountable.
  • Experience with data visualization and analysis and metrics / dashboard reporting preferred
  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations.

    Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-

    related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment.

    Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives.

    Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations.

    Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product / service costing models, and margin management tools / systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue / expenses.

    May develop sales quote tools.

    Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

    2 years relevant experience and BA / BS degree preferred.
