THE VENUE :
The venue features a range of eclectic lounges, offices and meeting spaces along with a lavish bar by the balconies overlooking the square - a destination during both day and night.
THE JOB :
As an Area Sales Manager you will have an overall responsibility for the performance of (on average) two to three No18 venues.
Your role will be to grow your community of satisfied customers while leading, developing and managing a team focused on ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of our venues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage a group of locations and ensure sales performance and critical KPI’s are exceeding expectations.
Define and implement the sales strategy plan for the area of responsibility. Handle the full sales cycle from identifying a new sales opportunity until successfully closing a deal.
Grow the number of leads generated through networking and other sales activities. Hold networking events.
Tour clients in our locations of responsibility to introduce them to the world of No18, show the range of options available to suit their needs and closing the sale.
Look for new revenue opportunities to help clients run their business.
Attract, train and retain the best team members.
Establish personal objectives for all direct reports and clearly communicate performance expectations.
Monitor performance, provide feedback and coach all team members to support their development.
DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES :
Solid experience in B2B sales in a service multinational organisation with a successful sales track record is a distinct advantage
Team leading experience is an asset
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related studies
You have excellent communication skills
You have an enthusiastic, friendly and proactive character
You have a social, passionate personality with a hands-on mentality and approach
You have an outgoing, sociable personality and you take good care of your appearance.
You are sales oriented and like to generate, build and effectively service valuable client partnerships
