What you’ll be doing
By working closely with your team you’ll identify and maximise all opportunities for sales growth in your store and act as a role model by displaying a can do attitude and creating a positive working environment.
You’ll engage and support others to achieve or exceed their targets and reach their full potential; whilst always keeping a close eye on the competition and making sure we deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
at the same time as delivering or exceeding all your sales and margin targets.
How you qualify for the role
You’ll need to have experience of successfully leading a team in a targeted environment and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales.
You should have the ability to influence others and communicate effectively whilst also possessing an excellent approach to customer service.
with knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) being an advantage. You’ll also need a full UK Driving Licence.
