About the Role

The Field Sales Implementation Manager will support the delivery of profitable top line growth though better utilization of field resources

The role will help support the Head of Route to Market with the development of the Route to Market strategy owning key projects as identified to support overall performance improvement

Key Responsibilities

  • Turn data into insightful findings that help shape how we go forward in the future and how we continuously improve our execution strategy
  • Monthly field sales performance review - Understand what drove performance from prior month and report back to wider business
  • Lead and support the ongoing implementation of monthly initiatives in all retail accounts
  • Facilitate the prioritisation of activations across customers for most effective use of resources to achieve and deliver across multiple initiatives
  • Actively engage with the Sales, Marketing & Category teams and broader Operations teams on the delivery of priority initiatives
  • Prepare materials, briefings & presentations content and facilitate weekly and monthly meetings with key stakeholders
  • Identify best practices to support continuous improvement activities, drive efficiency and promote consistency across the Field Team
  • Liaise with 3rd party partner to ensure on time implementation of planograms and merchandiser solutions Support Head of Route to Market in improving value per call through data insights
  • About You

  • Bachelor Degree Marketing, Business or a similar discipline is desirable
  • 6-8 years of experience in Sales / Commercial in FMCG industry, preferably food & beverages industry
  • Ability to set own priorities in line with business needs and work constructively within the team and on your own initiative
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and make things happen’
  • Attention to detail
  • Well organised
  • Can do attitude and willing to adapt
  • Ability to work under pressure
