The successful Senior Marketing Programs Manager in Europe will be a true marketing all-rounder, setting winning strategies and analyzing data to create and adapt marketing programs to generate demand in Europe.

You will be inspired by the challenges and rewards of launching an existing brand into new markets, acting as an expert for your region(s) and passionate about helping our sales team be successful.

You are comfortable working at pace across various tasks to help build programs that support the buyer journey, from building brand awareness to generating quality leads across our target personas and verticals.

Reporting into Marketing (headquarters located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada), this role will be based in the UK under a work-

from-home arrangement, but will regularly collaborate with other UK team members.

  • You'll Be Successful At :

  • Creating, monitoring and optimizing go-to-market strategy (campaigns)
  • Building integrated strategies and go-to-market programs to grow brand awareness and generate demand within defined target audience(s) using a mix of marketing channels including (but not limited to) : digital, email, 3rd party media, events, etc.
  • Setting targets / expected outcomes, and planning and executing activities required to achieve numbersLocalizing existing Axonify marketing campaigns and collateral in support of go-

    to-market efforts and helping to create new pieces as needed Developing messaging and positioning that resonates with the audience(s)Acting as the subject matter expert for the region to guide content development through the integrated shared services teamCreating reports and presenting progress back to stakeholdersDeveloping and tracking a comprehensive marketing budget

  • Driving through related marketing activities
  • Supporting customer relationships by creating case studies and award submissionsManaging attendance at trade shows and networking events, as well as all pre and post show marketing effortsCreating, presenting, or hosting compelling presentations and webinarsMonitoring the market for useful insights and feeding back to management and sales teamsHelping to identify and develop sales support materials and bringing creative angle to bidsBuilding relationships with local suppliers to ensure we are maximizing ROINurturing relationships with the right influencers.
  • Acting as brand ambassador at all times

  • Various other duties as required
  • Because You Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8-10 years of successful enterprise marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS software company
  • Experience using an Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach
  • Deep understanding and experience of the eLearning or HR industries within Europe
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (you'll be copywriting!)
  • Creative solutions with a strong eye for design
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is an asset
  • Experience working with the needs of multiple buyer personas
  • Ability to analyse data and identify the actions needed to maximise results
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of urgency
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn
  • Natural leadership qualities
  • Budget management and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to inspire market influencers
  • Experience launching a new product and / or bringing a N / America message into new European markets
  • European languages
