Working with beautiful lingerie and swimwear, you will be an experienced Technical Grader.

Your role will be to ensure trouble-free bulk production of new and existing product that is fit for purpose; produced within costing guidelines and quality standards.

To manage the development of the product through the design handover and sample room stages.

Part of the Technical Team, you will create patterns and measurement information of all product in all sizes, along with the creation and issuing of correct manufacturing specifications to the relevant production facility.

Technical Grader The Person Specification

Ideal minimum of 2years experience within a similar pattern cutting / grading role

A thorough knowledge of product, patterns, grading and product construction preferably a knowledge of bra construction / fit requirements.

Ensure good working relationship with intern / external customers, suppliers and manufacturers

A knowledge of Lectra / Optitex would be preferable.

Highly organised, able to effectively manage own workload and deliver each task to required standard

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

A good team player; to have respect / support others, and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives, and problem solving.
