Responsibilities :

  • Support the delivery of a diverse and complex portfolio of sourcing change initiatives through structured governance and common methodologies.
  • The authority on, and custodian of key project artifacts and processes.
  • Manage relationships with initiative owners, delivery teams, and key stakeholders, providing clear direction and information.
  • Demonstrate strong networking skill, working with other Group functions to ensure alignment and best practise (such as Group Transformation / Group Risk)
  • Grow your own capabilities by investing in personal development opportunities. Support colleagues in team by providing coaching in areas of own expertise.
  • We're looking for :

  • A successful track record of project governance and reporting and the ability to work with senior multi-disciplined stakeholders.
  • An ability to problem solve, be creative, and a willingness to take the initiative when required.
  • Amazing attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment, ensuring confidence when information is shared
  • Passion for helping to shape the team by contributing ideas and undertaking additional responsibilities
  • A drive and enthusiasm that encourages others to collaborate and create an environment of how can we
