motivated individual to take on the role of Head of Research Computing. The purpose of this post is to develop Faculty strategy to support our ambitions to improve research outputs in key strategic areas by providing a world-
class research computing environment and data support services. The nature of the research that is undertaken across FHLS requires that you can communicate effectively with the whole range of specialities within a health research environment, including academic researchers, NHS professionals, University and industry colleagues.
You should have a passion for technology, knowledge and expertise of how recent advances can be applied to health research, and an understanding of matrix management of staff and resources.
The role holder will also add value to cross-Faculty initiatives, particularly through their involvement in the Digital Strategy Group (a cross-
