Our Mortgage Administrators (aka Case Owners) are responsible for the following;. To process mortgage applications from receipt to completion in line with agreed service levels, policy and criteria.

To manage all aspects of post offer applications through to completion in line with agreed service levels, policy and criteria.

To work together with all teams within the Department to help achieve team and business targets and deliver a quality service to M2L customers.

You will be responsible for the management of your caseload covering a variety of work-types, to ensure customer queries / issues / administrative requests are dealt with efficiently and within agreed service levels.

Through liasing with solicitors, valuers, brokers and customers, you will monitor and chase your caseload from mortgage offer through to completion.

Commitment to maintain accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring work is of the highest quality. Highly motivated with a desire to make a difference.

Excellent PC and keyboard skills. Strong administration skills. Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.

Ability to multi-task and manage own workload in a fast paced environment. Excellent software skills, particularly Outlook & Word.

Desirable Skills Excel and Adobe experience preferred, although training will be provided. Experience of working within the Financial Services industry and in particular in the mortgage lending arena is preferred.
