Lionbridge is looking for Enterprise Sales Director for Strategic Accounts to join our UK team, helping us to implement our growth opportunities within existing strategic accounts.
The ideal candidate is a sales executive with consultative sales experience will be based in the UK. We are looking for target, goal driven individuals, who will be developing new business opportunities in partnership with the Strategic Account Executive.
You will be maintaining profitable growth within a territory and executing on overarching sales and corporate objectives.
Managing the entire sales cycle, targeting enterprises.
Your responsibilities :
New business development within assigned strategic accounts
Accessing C-Level, Director level contacts within customer accounts and target prospects
Develop a deep understanding of your prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles
Locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing new business relationships within strategic accounts
Researching and analysing market trends to identify new opportunities
Responsible for positioning all Lionbridge solutions and services with help from product specialists
Implement sales & pipeline building market strategies
Responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation / following up a lead until closing the deal in collaboration with the Strategic Account Executive.
Main requirements :
5+ years of consultative selling experience
Bachelor's degree in Language, Business, Marketing or commercial qualifications
History of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience working with and selling to mid-level and senior executives
Must be collaborative and yet able to generate a high level of sustained individual sales activity
Must be self-motivated and self-directed
High standard of written and spoken English
Proven customer service mindset
Excellent communication skills - oral, aural and written
Ability to speak multiple languages a plus
Knowledge of the Localisation Industry beneficial but not essential
Must be available to travel.
Working knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce
Mastery of all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
